Copywriting, Special Projects, & Brand Direction.

With a background in creative writing, my understanding of the power of words and what moves people deeply informs how I show up in branded spaces.

My goal is to uncover the heart of a brand's messaging and translate it in a way that gives people [that feeling]. Ya know, the one when you finish a book and you’re absolutely floored. I don’t think that kind of impact should be confined to literature.

“Working with Lee was like a breath of fresh air. She goes far beyond just copywriting and takes the time to deeply understand your brand. She brings to the table not only a keen ability to articulate, but an authenticity that rings true with your audience.”

– Rosi Horton, Santo Gallery

[ For New York brand, Jonesy, I interpreted a poem from my chapbook ‘Nowhere Words’ into a branded visual alongside an interview. ]

Why does it matter?

My generation doesn’t want to be convinced we’re incomplete so that we can be sold to. We want to feel seen. We want brands to have character, to tell the truth.

Character cannot be bought, it has to be created by intentional messaging and storytelling.

Character can’t be qualified by data, but it’s how we decide who to put our faith, our hope, and yes, our money into.
